
Mélanie Lefebvre is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Université de Montréal; she joined Loranger Marcoux in 1999.
Since then, she has been involved in various aspects of employment law and labour relations, both individual and collective. She has also worked in the field of occupational health and safety in matters related to pay equity and the protection of personal information.
Mélanie frequently advises employers as to the application and interpretation of individual rights and freedoms in the workplace.
