
Jean Leduc is a graduate of the Université de Montréal.
He has practiced in the fields of labor and administrative law for over 25 years, and is a co-founder of Loranger Marcoux.
In addition to dealing with matters of individual and collective relations in the workplace, Jean appears regularly for employers before civil courts, particularly in applications for judicial review, injunction reliefs and dismissal claims. He also has an expertise in the area of pension plans.
He has appeared before inquiry commissions dealing with various matters of public interest, notably the Poitras Commission, which investigated the Quebec Provincial Police.
In addition, Jean has given numerous seminars as part of activities carried out by organizations such as the Quebec Employers’ Council, the Center for Labour-Management Development, and the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers.
