Stéphane Gaudet is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Ottawa.
His practice specializes in employment law and labour relation issues. He advises and assists employers in the drafting of strategic plans for human resources, administrative reorganizations and negotiations with trade unions. He also acts as counsel for employers in work-related conflicts, strikes or lockouts.
He represents employers before judicial and administrative tribunals, including on matters concerning the application and enforcement of restrictive covenants and the protection of commercial secrets.
His services are often called on by his colleagues especially with regards to questions of labour relations in the area of mergers and acquisitions of both unionized and non-unionized companies.
Stéphane is a regular lecturer on various matters related to current labour laws. He is also a graduate in Civil Engineering of the Université de Montréal’s École Polytechnique, where he continues to give courses designed to prepare tomorrow’s engineers for the marketplace.
