Jean-Marc Brodeur holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations awarded by the Université de Montréal in 1982. He then studied law at the University of Ottawa.

He appears mainly before the civil courts as well as specialized administrative courts such as the Labour Relations Commission, or before grievance arbitratiors. He has also represented employers before the Conseil des services essentiels on numerous occasions.

Jean-Marc has been a member of the Grievance Arbitration Committee of the Employment and Manpower Advisory Committee since 1999. Mr. Brodeur has also given conferences on several occasions, notably during the final amendments to Article 45 of the Labour Code.

Jean-Marc has been with Loranger Marcoux since its inception in 1991.
