Micheline Bouchard is a graduate of the Université de Montréal. Called to the Quebec Bar in 1980, she has since practiced exclusively in the field of labour and employment law. Micheline represents employers in the public, para-public and private sectors as a negotiator, advisor and prosecutor before various courts. She also gives conferences on and provides training in labour relations.
Micheline is a member of the Association du Barreau Canadien and the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et relations industrielles agrées du Québec. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Cancer Research Society, and she was a lecturer in employment law at the École des relations industrielles de l’Université de Montréal.
