Jean-Claude Turcotte is a graduate of the Université de Montréal and has been part of Loranger Marcoux since its founding in 1991.
He practices in all fields related to employment law and labour relations at both the provincial and federal levels. Jean-Claude has represented the management of several companies during collective agreement negotiations, and he has acted as prosecutor before the Administrative Tribunal for labour laws.
Jean-Claude provides advise in matters involving the sale and acquisition of companies especially in the area of labour and employment laws. Further, he regularly collaborates with Canadian and American law firms whose clients conduct part of their business in Quebec.
