
Carl Panet-Raymond is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Université de Montréal. He also holds a certificate in Human Resource Management from HEC Montréal. Carl joined Loranger Marcoux in 1994.
He practices is in the area of employment law and labour relations. Carl advises clients with respect to strategic human resource planning, and is involved in matters related to corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions.
He regularly represents management before the courts, and acts as a negotiator for the conclusion of collective agreements.
Carl is Vice President of the Board of Collège Jean de La Mennais, and he is secretary of the Canadian Committee of the Maison des Étudiants Canadiens in Paris.
Carl also contributes to the column Le monde du travail published in the business journal Les Affaires.
