Since the inception of the Conseil des services essentiels (“Essential Services Board”), we regularly have been providing effective advice, and representing public services corporations and institutions before this administrative tribunal.

Our interventions are linked to the two principal jurisdictions of the Board: the exercise of its remedial powers in cases of illegal strikes or where pressure tactics interfere with an employer’s ability to provide services; approval of lists of essential services in cases of legal strikes.
